This process is applicable only to properties using Revenue
Management systems for renewals.
When creating a Lease Renewal proposal batch for residents currently
on Month-To-Month, the “Lease Start” date in the proposed lease terms defaults
to the date MTM batch was created.
When creating a MTM renewal proposal batch, be sure to edit
the Batch Description to the suggested format: MTM-Effective Date of new lease increase - username & date stamp
To Update MTM Renewal
Batch Lease From Date follow the steps below:
1. From
side menu, go to Resident & Guests > Lease Renewals > Update MTM Renewal Batch Lease From Date
2. Complete
all fields on the Reset Lease From Date screen AS FOLLOWS:
