If your applicant is seeing a message that their online application is Locked, you need to complete the steps below in CRM Flex, otherwise the applicant will not be able to proceed with application process.


To Unlock the ID Verify in CRM Flex, please pull up prospect account (1), from Side menu click Activities (2) and then click on ID Verification tab (3).

You can click Complete button ONLY if you have manually verified person's identity. Or you can unlock the ID verify - just toggle the Unlock check-box to unlock the applicant to try ID Verify again.
