For roommates, ID Verification is slightly different - since they are being added after the fact - you need to click on the P-code (guest card number) of the primary tenant and verify the ID from the "Guest Card"



and now you should be able to unlock the ID Verification for the roommate:

To Unlock the ID Verify in CRM Flex, please pull up prospect account (1), from Side menu click Activities (2) and then click on ID Verification tab (3).

You can click Complete button ONLY if you have manually verified person's identity. Or you can unlock the ID verify - just toggle the Unlock check-box to unlock the applicant to try ID Verify again.
